What is the County Clerk requirement?

None. Send originals signed by the proper Pennsylvania official. County documents must be signed by the clerk in charge of the county office, not an assistant or deputy clerk.

Can I walk in?

Yes. Walk-in requests are processed while you wait at the Harrisburg office (North Office Building, Room 201, 401 North Street; the public entrance closes at 3 p.m.). Cash is not accepted.
