We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State, any Secretary of State, or any foreign embassy. We charge a service fee to handle the complex process of document authentication on your behalf. You may apply for these services directly with the relevant government agencies; however, our service is designed to save you time and ensure correct processing.

2. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when submitting your order. You must also ensure that the documents you provide for processing are original, valid, and eligible for apostille/authentication in the relevant jurisdiction.

We are not responsible for rejections caused by invalid documents (e.g., photocopies where originals are required, documents signed by non-eligible officials, or expired documents).

We use third-party carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL) for document return. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping methods for all original documents.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Apostille My Document LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
